Sweeney. covering construction of approximately 730 LF of 6# east iron water main and 25 LF of 6* fire hydrant connection to serve business district immediately north of Fremont Street between 21st Street and 23d Street, Las Vegas, Nevada* SUBDIVIDER AGRESBi (Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, acting as Trustee) 1* At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to constructs (a) Approximately 730 LF of 6* oast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 25 LF of 6“ east iron fire hydrant connection. The cost of constructing said water main (exclusive of the cost of constructing said 25 LF of cast Iron fire hydrant connection) is agreed to be the sum of i244o. 2* Said water mains shall be constructed of 6* Class 150 S it 8 east iron pipe and shall be in accordance with Federal specifications Ilf 421 Type 1. All Joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron, equal to ASA Standard Class 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to A W A standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all mlv® boxes shall be of cast Iron of appropriate six® for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorised representative of the company, all pipe valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company.
