wife -- the said C. S. Wengert, Trustee, called MSubdividerM, providing? 1 - Subdivider, at his own expense, to furnish all materials and labor to construct approximately 1,650 lineal feet of six inch cast iron water main to serve industrial property lying east of Union Pacific Railroad Company’s right of way between Imperial and Wyoming Avenues, Las Vegas, Nevada, approximately 16 lineal feet of six inch cast iron fire hydrant cbnnection and to install 2 fire hydrants contiguous to said water main. 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50^ of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located adjacent to and taking direct service from the water main so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of constructing said water main (excluding cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections and said fire hydrants), but not exceeding the sum of $4,840.00, whichever occurs first; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill of sale for said water mains; 5 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 4188-3, dated June 12, 1952, extending to and including July 12, 1957, term of agreement Audit No. 10202, with Richfield Oil Corporation, dated June 12, 1942, and expiring July 12, 1952, under Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 8071, dated June 24, 1947, being license covering construction, maintenance and operation of 2-l/2n waste water ?2-
