V (c) An easement for maintenance, operation and renewal of water and oil pipe lines, reserved by Union Pacific Railroad Company in deed dated July 19, 191+6, recorded in Book 235>60, page 221, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; (d) An easement for operation, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of a 16” cast iron water pipe line, and of a concrete bridge abutment of the City of Los Angeles, California, as set out in that deed dated April 13, 1936, between Union Pacific Railroad Company and Spencer Kellogg and Sons, Inc., recorded May 2, 1936, in Book 11+127, page 93, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; (e) An easement for underground conduit and incidental purposes as granted to Southern California Edison Company, Ltd. by deed recorded June 10, 191+6, in Book 2320I+, page 31+1+, Official County, California; Records of L os Angeles (f) The right of Southern California Telephone Company, a corporation, to erect, maintain and operate poles and brace poles, along the easterly and westerly lines of the subject land, together with all necessary wires and fixtures incidental thereto, and the right to keep the same free from foliage, granted by Spencer Kellogg and Sons, Inc. in 191+7, and subject also to: (a) Any encumbrance or defect in title made or suffered by Pacific Corporation; (b) Right of Union Pacific Railroad Company to maintain and operate water tank and appurtenances upon subject lands. Land Company shall also convey all its right, title and interest in easement granted by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, for construction and maintenance of sheet piling upon and over portion of Railroad Company lands adjacent to the subject lands. Pacific Corporation shall also: (a) Maintain, at its expense, all Improvements upon subject lands and easement parcel, and the chattels in good repair; k~
