Dear Sir: Will you kindly advise me as to the ownership of a three- cornered piece of land as shown on the enclosed map? The consr west of the Railroad track marked "Ho.1250," and the acreage East of Railroad track, and west of Federal Highway, marked "W.A.Clark. SpLA&SIRRCo - Deed 803". It has always been a question in my mind ns whether this acreage is in the name of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company, or the Railroad company, and I would refer to directing arrow, describing deed HoO803, that is carried along right-of-way of railroad track.
