Reinhardt-5- service lines in similar cases, and will probably result in a substantial increase in our operating cost if Mr, Allen’s posi­tion is sustained in this Instance, Sot only that, but there is a possibility that other customers, who have constructed at their own expense and own service lines in situations similar to Mr, Fong’s, may file claims against the company for adjustments, Mr. Reinhardt, I believe that this situation as a test case is important enought to Justify your review and comments and I would very greatly appreciate your advice as to the proper position to be taken by the company— not only with respect to Mr, Fong's complaint, but with respect to other similar situations which will no doubt arise in the future.
