Las Vegas - October 16, 1952 W 18-1-12 A Mr. A. 0. Ritter - Los Angeles Referring to your letter of October 3, 1952, File 1-733^ concerning proposed withdrawals from the Willie Stewart Lease. Mr. Stewart advises he has no objection to this proposed withdrawal provided? 1. The fences are relocated to new property lines without expense to him. 2, Removal of the race track is not required before December 1 , 1952 as he agreed to permit the Sheriff’s Passe to hold a rodeo during the Thanksgiving Day week end and the event has been so advertised.
