Section 2. The District agrees that it will, at its sole cost and expense, and within two years from the sale date, commence and thereafter diligently prosecute to completion the following work: (a) Construct adequate pipe lines to replace the pipe lines referred to in subparagraph (b) of this section, which are to be removed by the Dis­trict. In the event the District-desires to con­struct said pipe lines along and across the prop­erty of Union Pacific, the District shall have the right to construct said pipe lines in locations shown by broken red and white lines between points ft * marked A and V, V and K, Y and D, and K and E on said Exhibit MA-1”. Said pipe lines constructed along and across the property of the Union Pacific shall be constructed in accordance with good en­gineering practice, and the top of said pipe lines shall be at least three (3) feet below the surface of the ground. (b) Remove from the premises of the Union Pacific the 24-inch east iron pipe line, the 16-inch transits and cast iron pipe line, and the pipe line ^ ‘between points marked R and HH shown in broken red 'm and black lines on said Exhibit "A-l" and restore ?V -3-
