(d) Those certain six-wire power lines, two-wire . telephone circuits and two telemeter wires shown in broken black and green lines between points CC and GG on ,'ty said Exhibit nA-l"; I and restore the surface of the lands of the Union Pacific to the i' condition existing prior to the removal thereof. Section 2. The District agrees that it will, at its sole cost and expense, and within two years from the sale date, commence and thereafter diligently prosecute to completion the following work: (a) Construct adequate pipe lines to replace the pipe lines referred to in subparagraph (b) of this section, which are to be removed by the District. In the event the District-desires to construct said pipe lines along and across the property of Union Pacific, the District shall have the right to construct said pipe lines in locations shown by broken red and white lines between points ft * marked A and V, V and K, Y and D, and K and E on said Exhibit MA-1”. Said pipe lines constructed along and across the property of the Union Pacific shall be constructed in accordance with good engineering practice, and the top of said pipe lines shall be at least three (3) feet below the surface of the ground.
