For your convenience 1 also attach a recap showing the total number of coolers hr subdivisions and the number properly equipped. Please note the more modern subdivisions run 90 to loo per cent but this average is considerably reduced by the poor showing in Old Town and the West Side. Messrs. Anderson, Thompson, and Gardner are to be congratulated on the thoroughness of the cheek and we will follow up each of the exceptions noted with a written notification over the signature of oity official, thereafter referring the recalcitrants to the Police department for issuance of oitations.
