ORDINANCE NO. 475 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 460 ENTITLED: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE REQUIRING SUBDIVIDERS TO PAY TO THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, FEES FOR THE INSPECTION BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SUBDIVISION CONSTRUCTION, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND REQUIRING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE INSPECTIONS". The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas does ordain as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 460 is hereby repealed. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its publication as in the next section provided, and final passage. Section 3.
