Gentlemen: Referring to the condemnation proceedings Instituted by United States Government covering the 0.506 acres of land on which the USO Building is located, and which we deeded to the City for recreational purposes in 1930. t enclose herewith a check for one Dollar made payable to the City of Lae Vegas and Las Vegas Land and Water Company. fhe land is no longer carried in our accounts and we waive our right to any portion of the dollar.
