Company: 1 - To pay to County monthly, pursuant to Rule 9-A, 50$ of monthly revenue received by^it from customers taking water from said pipe line for period of ten years from date of said agreement, or until County has been repaid the sum of $12,254.50, whichever occurs first; 2 - At its sole cost a fid expense to install a 6" connection between Company’s 8” water main in Charleston Blvd. and said 4" line at the corner of Shadow Street and Charleston Blvd.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing license agreement, NLD 1935, dated September 23, 1947, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Party of the First Part, and E. Otto Underhill and Marian Underhill, husband and wife, Parties of the Second Part, granting the Land Company the right to construct, operate, maintain, renew and remove a 10" cast iron pipe line for the purpose of conveying water beneath the surface of land of the Parties of the Second Part, along a center line 3 ft. south of and parallel with the southerly line of Blocks 12 and 18 in Boulder Addition to the City of Las Vegas, and extending westerly from the westerly line of Fifth Street to the easterly line of Main Street, together with the right to connect said pipe line with existing 8" cast iron pipe line in the alley in said Block 12, in connection with pipe line extension for Frontier Im­provement Company; said license being subject to termination by either party upon 90 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
