N by serving 30 days* written notice; rental $50 per month, payable monthly (being 6% of $10,000, the fair rental value of said premises), subject to revaluation, but in no event shall rental be less than $25 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider OLD Ho. 10250, dated September 7, 1949, extending to September 30, 1951, term of lease agreement Audit Ho. 10192, dated March 31, 1942, expiring September 30, 1949, with Jack Dinno, Lessee, covering ground floor storeroom at 428 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, together with mezzanine floor located therein; rental 1% of gross receipts, but not less than $400 per month; said premises to be used for the purpose of merchant tailoring and haberdashery; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing consent to assignment, dated September 13, 1949, by Russell G. Krinard, W. J. Mazzetti, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, copartners, to W. J. Mazzetti, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, copartners, doing business under the name and style of Krinard Packing Company, of Contract Audit Ho. 10261, dated Hovember 15, 1943, and duly assigned by the said Fred W. Krinard and Russell G. Krinard to Russell G. Krinard, W. J. Mazzetti, Mel Alexander and Max L. Cardey, doing business under the name and style of Krinard Packing Company, under date of -2-
