RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Letter Agreement "N"L.D. 2739, dated November 13, 1953, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering construction and laying of approximately 380 LF of 8” and 50 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and 10 LF of 6 " cast iron fire hydrant protection lateral for one hydrant to serve property of Thomas A. Campbell located in Scotch Eighty Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $6 5 7 *00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"L.D. 27^8 dated November 16, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Madsen Construction Corporation called "Subdivider", providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct: (a) Approximately 772 LF of 6" cast iron water mains; (b) Approximately 8 LF of 6" cast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Lots No. 7 through 1|2, inclusive, Block 3, Tract 1 , Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of revenue received by it from customers located in Lots 7 through 1;2, inclusive, in Block 3, Tract 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of 10 years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $>3996.00, whichever first occurs; -7
