Co# It will evidently he some time before the meters, which will then be seeond hand, are turned over to the Railroad Company# It occurs to me that these meters should be paid for by the L.Y.L#&W#Co., and in the event that they are available and use- able at a later period they can then be turned over to the Railroad Company at salvage value# D.
