    There being no further business to come before the Board, at the hour of 10:50 P.M. Commissioner Whipple moved this meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Commissioner Elwell and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor, Mayor Gragson, voting aye; noes, none. -0O0- APPROVED: ATTEST: EDWINA M. GRAGSON, Mayor On this 23rd day of March, 1960, at the hour of 4:00 p.m., The City Manager of the City of Las Vegas made an adminis­trative decision, approved by the City Attorney (by memorandum dated March 22, 1960) which resulted in the retention of the Minutes of the Board of City Commissioners for the City of Las Vegas in a different form, i.e., a duplicated copy to be signed by the Mayor and City Clerk, whereupon said copy will become the Official File Copy. These Official File Copies to be appropriately bound for each calendar quarter and retained in the vault. Edwina M. Cole, City Clerk
