‘I Los Angeles, December 17, 1953 733U Hr. L. R. Maag - Las Vegas Referring to your letter tci me of December 15th and one to Hr. Conner dated October 26th, file W 9-1-3» relative to surplus transits pipe and couplings now held in Railroad Store count which General Purchasing Agent Wickstrom indicates he would like to have transferred to accounts of LVL&WGo. in order that it may be taken over by the Water District when pending sale is consummated. Please handle with the Water District and ascertain if they will desire to acquire any of this material in connection with the sale of the water facilities to them by the LVLfeWCo. We can then arrange for LVL&WGo. to requisition from the Railrosd Company the items whioh the District desires and then include the material in the inventory which will be compiled when the sale is consummated with the District. Please let me have copies of your exchange of correspondence with the District in this connection. % U ' m \8 N (Signed) W M DEC 17 1953 L. C. C, DEC 17 lc Win. Reinhardt
