Las Vegas - June 12, 1953 W 23-1-100 L. C. Conner - Los Angeles In connection with recommendation and submission of Form 30 Estimate to cover water mains to be constructed under P.S.C. Rule 9 to serve Moss Tract #2, Parcel 1, I am returning herewith 16 lncompleted prints and titles. Please have these prints revised to show pipe line construction as indicated on print attached to Mr. Reinhardt’s copy of letter to the District, dated June 12, 1953* After all the approvals requested in the letter to the District have been received, I will make the submission to Mr. Reinhardt at which time you will need Agreement prints, Work Order prints and four extra W.O. prints for my use.
