December 31, 1952 Federal Homes Development Co», Inc, Room 10, Cornet Building Las Vegas, Nevada G-entleraeni I am enclosing herewith duplicate originals of proposed Agreement f*8ttLsD« Ho* 2642 oovering installation of water mains to serve Hyde Park Subdivision Ho. 1, Las Veg&s, Nevada, If Agreement is in satisfactory form, will you please execute and return the duplicate originals to me in order that X may arrange for execution on behalf of the Water Company, after which on® of the signatory copies will be returned to you, I ara also enclosing original and one extra copy of Bill of Sale, Ho. 2642-1, conveying the title to the water lines to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Will you please arrange for execution and after having the signature acknowledged before a Notary Public, return the original to me, the extra copy may be retained for your file. Very truly yours, W.
