\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement "N"L.D. 2711, dated July 21}., 1953, with the Longley Construction C0., Inc., covering the construction and laying of approximately 130 LP of 6 ” cast iron water mains to serve property of L. T. Garrett on the west side of Bruce Street extending from Fremont Street to the first alley northerly thereof, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration in the amount of $195-00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Letter Agreement ”N HL.D. 2712, dated July 28, 1953, with the Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering the construction and laying of approximately 260 LP of 8" and 1287 LP of 6 ” cast iron water mains and 20 LP of 6" fire hydrant connections to serve Blocks 1 and 2 of Boulder Dam Homesite Addition #6, Las Vegas, Nevada, being developed by Madsen Construction Corporation and Draper H, Hand; consideration $1,961}.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Heinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N^L.^. 2691}, dated July 30,1953, between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and Lee Construction Company, Inc., -5~
