DOCKET 52 SUSP!,If SI OS ORDER IT APPEARIIS, that there has been filed with this Commission by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a schedule of increased rates for water service to the Town of Las Vegas, said schedule of increased rates being filed to become effective June 1, 1931, and IT FURTHER APPEASING, that the C«sssilssion is in receipt of a formal protest against the application of the proposed schedule of increased rates, IT IS ORDER®, that the Commission enter upon an invest­igation concerning the reasonableness of said proposed schedule of rates, and IT IS FURTHER GBX'EItISP, that the operation of said pro­posed schedule of increased rates be suspended, and use of said schedule deferred until July 1, 1931, unless otherwise ordered by the commission? and no change shall be made In the existing schedule of rates of said Las Vegas Land and Water Company during said period of suspension, unless authorized by specific permission of the commission, and IT IS FURTHER ORDER®, that this proceeding be, and It is hereby set for hearing before the commission at Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 28, 1931, at 2 o’clock P.M., at which time and place every interested party should appear and be heard.
