I agree.V . m (COPY) 1209i S. 3rd St. Las Vegas, Nev. 9/23/52 Public Service Commission Carson City, Nevada Dear Sir: I found out today that my water bill is going to amount to $10.80 a month. I think that is an outrageous amount to pay to any public utility for the amount of water that I use. I have a small home and three small rental units (Motel size.) The Las Vegas Land and Water Co. charges a homeowner $2.70 per month. For this $2.70 a month he has all the water he needs. Not only for home consumption but also for his lawns, trees, shrubs, etc These units of mine are all on an ordinary city lot 50x130. They do not have laundry rooms, or use washing machines. They do not have lawns, trees, and shrubs. I am quite sure that they do not use \ of the water that the average home uses. Yet, the rate is still the same $2.70 per month per unit. By no stretch of my imagination can I see the fairness of this unequitable situation. I would like to know what can be done to rectify this deplorable situation. Very truly yours, /s/ Herbie Dell
