E« Calvin, President, Las Vegas Land Sr Water Co., Sraaha, Nebraska* Dear Sir: You will find herewith enclosed the original deed, and two copies, of piece of ground to be sold to Joe Laravey. As requested in your letter of October 6th, X am forwarding these to you for execution, Mr. Smith, in his letter to me of October 26th, a copy of vdiich went to you, suggested forwarding a map showing this piece of ground, but in my former correspondence witli you, X forwarded all maps which X believe are still retained in your file.
