Johnson - Los Angeles: Please refer to your file 1-733^, Las Vegas Valley Water District, concerning Bonanza Road Feeder, additional easement for valve structure, referred to as Parcel F-5 fay James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineer. This easement has been held up due to the resurvey of Section 29 fay Mr. Rathbun. Since the resurvey has been completed and your file indicates that the District still desires this easement, I can see no objection to proceeding with the preparation of the necessary document to cover.
