Cory8 ( oo - Mr. Freak Strong Mr. Charles Adams) la accordance with our telephone conversation this morning, I am sending you herewith a copy of ray letter February 11th and one frost the Pioneer Title dated February 9th, both with regard to release of liquor restrictions covering sales of lots in Clark*s Las Vegas Townsite. I understand our Company is agreeable to re-leaBeing these restrictions and have asked Vice President Sweeney to confer with you regarding type of instrument and wording of release. He advises a proposed fora of release prepared by his Attorney was forwarded yesterday to Mr. Maras for approval. A. M. Folger
