M., November 10, 1942. Present• Prank Strong Wm. Reinhardt A. V. Kipp E. E. Bennett Absent: W. M. Jeffers W. R. Bracken On motion duly seconded, Frank Strong and W. H. Johnson were elected Chairman and Secretary respectively of the meeting. Minutes of last meeting of Board of Directors, held August 11, 1942, were read and approved. Principal business before the Board was announced to be the election of officers to serve the corporation, as provided in the By-Laws, during the ensuing year. On motion duly seconded, W. M, Jeffers was elected to office of President. On motion duly seconded, Prank Strong was elected to office of Vice President. On motion duly seconded, W. R. Bracken was elected to office of Vice President. On motion duly seconded, E. G. Smith was elected to office of Vice President. On motion duly seconded, G. P.
