How in executing easement, OLD 15711, dated July 17* 1967, Las Vegas Land and water Company granting to City of Industry, a municipal corporation of the State of California, an easement to maintain, operate and use a sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures in and across two strips of land, each 10.00 feet in width, situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California; grant being subject and subordinate to right of Land Company, its successors and assigns, and the right to grant others the right, without lia­bility to Grantee, to construct, maintain, use and operate all railroad facilities and appurtenances thereto, with structures of any kind, on lands described, for any purpose not inconsistent with easement granted; grant not feeing construed as a covenant against prior rights that may affect said lands; that Grantee shall give Grantor not less than seventy-two <72) hours notice as to exact time of commencement of work, as well as nature thereof, emergency 'repairs excepted; sewer and appurtenant
