PROGRAM COMMITTEE REPORT
OCTOBER 2, 1999
The program committee met at the home of soror Ina Dorman on Tuesday September 28, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to finalize a chapter program calendar for the year 2000. Committee chairs present recommended changes and activities to support the program targets. A copy of the proposed calendar will be distributed for a final review by the chapter. If there are any committees chairs who were unable to attend the meeting and have additional activities that should be included, please contact soror Ina. The program committee will try to have the program book ready for distribution by the January meeting.
The reading program at St. James Catholic Church and the ON TRACK program at Fitzgerald ES are activities that are on going and will have activities monthly. Thank you to all to the committee chairs for assisting with the calendar.
