On the north side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Ogden, commencing at Fourth Street east to Sixth Street. 5. On the south side of the east-west alley located between Fremont Street and Carson Avenue commencing at Fourth Street east to Sixth Street. 6. On the north side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Carson, commencing at Second Street east to Fourth Street. 7. On the south side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Carson, commencing at Second Street to the north-south alley located between First and Second Streets. 8. On the north side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Carson, commencing at First Street to the north-south alley located between First and Second Streets. 9. On the north side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Carson, commencing at the north-south alley located between Main and First Streets, east to First Street. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance by parking contrary to the provisions hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall pay a fine of not less than $2.00, nor more than $500.00. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its publication as in the next section provided, and final passage. SECTION 5. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
