Prater) Referring to your letter July 28th, file WO-2029 concerning work performed on Well Ho. 10, Las Vegas, by Lan- Wells Co., as per their invoice Mo. 14611,dated May 31, 1944, in amount $2,459.66 s production. Subsequently, the volume of water produced decreased, and in order to Increase the production, it was decided to perforate the existing casing in the water bearing strata which had been cemented in the hole. The work performed consisted of removing the existing pump from the well and lowering into the casing a gun designed to discharge 9/16” bullets as the gun is lowered, which pierce the casing and cement, allowing the water to enter the cas-lng. This expense is chargeable to Operation, and no work order is required. Well No. 10 was completed in 1942 and placed on Frank Strong HI Id m
