As you know, if you file an application it must be certified to by a licensed State Water Eight Surveyor and accompanied by a supporting map prepared by sueh engineer. Please confer with lav Department and keep me advised as to what actions are to be taken. and obtain the State Engineer’s permission to drill to, or tap, the existing subterranean channel or artesian belt.
