MoDanlel of the premises sffestive July 1, 1948, at $25*00 per month. It is noted that McDaniel's lease covering the adjoining site expires October 31# 1949# Audit Mo. 10219, and I suggest this new lease be made con­current therewith so future extensions of the entire site may be handled at one time# Ownership of the galvanised shack on the premises reverted to us and we will arrange for its removal in exchange for its junk value, and the filling up of the repair pit.
