LABOR COM M ISSIO NER Ca r s o n C it y March 1,1918. Las Vegas, Land & W. Co,, Las vegas, Nev, Gentlemen: Referring to my letter of January 15th,in regard to statistical .detail relating to labor in the State of Nevada, with which letter I enclosed prescribed forms for rendering a report: .1 think it is possible that this matter has escaped your attention,if you are an employer of labor,as we are not yet in receipt of your report and this letter is written to call the matter to your attention and to advise that a report must be rendered; or possibly you have not employed any labor in the conduct of your business during the past year,in which case all that will be required of you is a return of the form we sent you together with a short letter stating that you employed no labor during the year 1917. From this'you will see that it is necessary to make a return of the forms, either rendering a report thereon or returning with your statement of exemption account having no employees; therefore,in order to give you every opportunity possible, I am going to extend the time limit for reply in your case until March 15,1918. Trusting that you will respond by return mail and thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this work,I beg to remain, Yours respectfully, RFC/AR. labor Commissioner.
