Wehe -2- May 17, 1951 an adjourned hearing so that rebuttal could he prepared, I an preparing none testimony to he presented by Mr, Haag showing la seme detail the things which hare been done in the last ten years to improve both our water production facilities and oar distribution facilities at Las Vegas, Zn view of the fact that May 30th is Manorial Day and a holiday and our entire office force will be absent, I think It would be better if you could arrange to be in Los Angeles on May 31st for the purpose of working up rebuttal testimony.
