Clark, Chief Engineer and Manager, Las Vegas Valley Water District, 900 South 5th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Clark: In connection with the physical inventory of water producing and transmission facilities owned "by the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company at Las Vegas it has been found necessary, in connection with pricing of these data, to restate certain of the units of property and to make certain minor changes in quantities to correct items contained in original statement submitted to you with my letter of November 7, 1950. In view of above, I am sending you herewith, in duplicate, a “Revised Statement" consisting of 30 pages dated March 23, 1951, covering physical units of property as of December 31, 1950. There were no units of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company property added for period Aug. 1, 1950, to December 31, 1950. Very truly yours, «
