I agree.to RE: I & S DOCKET NO 142, CASE NO. 1221. Los Angeles, June 25, 1953 (cc - Mr. L. R. Maag Mr. C. M. Cory) Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: I hand you herewith copy of Opinion and Order of the Public Service Commission of Nevada on the above subject. It is pretty difficult to follow the language of the Commission in its Opinion and at the present time I am not in a position to determine what the difference in revenue and rates would be from those ordered by the Commission in the Order in this case and those contained in the tariff submitted sometime ago which was suspended by the Commission. I am sending Mr. Maag a copy of this letter and of the Opinion and Order and would appreciate it if he would work up data showing that information and possibly prepare a new rate schedule, or as Mr. Allen calls it "an amended rate No. 21", and see what it looks like and how it looks from a revenue standpoint. After I have that information, I will be in a position to file a re-hearing in this case. Mr. Maag may also desire to analyze the financial results of the various waivers of outstanding charges or overcharges contained in the Commission's Opinion beginning at the bottom of Page 12 and continuing on to Page 14.
