Bennett) Please note the attached exchange of correspondence with the Public Service Commission regarding new rate for private swimming pools. This was prompted by our preliminary survey of services we expect to take over in Bonanza Village where we found one private swimming pool. The only rate we have in our schedule at present is $30.00 per month, which, however, applies to a commercial pool. The $10.00 monthly rate suggested by the Commission appears to be fair to the Company and the consumer and if you see no objection we will submit a request to the Commission for permission to amend our rate schedule with a $10.00 rate for private swimming pools and will rets.in the present $30.00 rate for commercial pools for general public use.
