    Rule 9-B ( ^ A jL. ^i~ b \ 9-b. Real Estate Subdivisions, Water Main extensions to and/or In real estate subdivisions will be constructed, owned and maintained by the Company under special contract, only when the entire cost of such extension is advanced to the Company. The amount advanced will be subject to refund, with­out interest, as provided for in Rule 9-A; Provided, however, that the Company will refund the whole amount so advanced for as the water main extensions within such subdivlsion/and when there shall be constructed and completed within such subdivision at least ten dwelling houses and at least one dwelling house for each 50 feet of such water main so extended, (exclusive of service pipes) within such subdivision, provided that all such dwelling houses shall have been completed within two years \ , from the date of the completion of such water main extensions.
