1 ity facilities and the water distribution system owned and operated 2 by the Water Company as a public utility at Las Vegas, Nevada, on 3 September 1, 1952, and all extensions thereto and additions and 4 betterments thereof made by First Parties subsequent thereto. In 5 the event the electors in the District vote to authorize the Dls- 6 trict to issue and sell its bonds, and the District is able to sell 7 its bonds, for the purchase of the above mentioned properties, First 8 Parties are willing to sell their respective properties above men- 9 tloned to the District upon the terms and conditions hereinafter 10 stated. 11 It is the Intention of the parties hereto that promptly 12 after the sale date the District, at its expense, will remove and 13 relocate certain of said facilities consisting of certain pipe 14 lines, wire lines and a pumping station and will construct certain 15 additional pipe lines and power lines upon, under and across the 16 property of the Railroad Companies. 17 AGREEMENT 18 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants 19 and agreements herein contained it is agreed by the parties hereto 20 as follows: 21 Section 1 .
