Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. At the hour of 9.00 P.M., Commissioner Bunker left the meeting. Commissioner Whipple, member of the committee for recommendation on the proposed ordinance on 2nd Inspections in the Building Department requested additional time before reporting. An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 24, SECTION 19, CODE OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, 1949, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 570 BY PRO- VIDING FOR PUBLIC OR SEMI PUBLIC PARKING AREAS IN AN R-4 USE DISTRICT; PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, having been reported favorably by Commissioner Sharp was read in full to the Board. Commissioner Sharp moved the above entitled Ordinance No. 684 be adopted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried b the following vote: Commissioners Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Bunker and Fountain. Commissioner Sharp, member of the committee for recommendation on the proposed rezoning ordinance requested additional time before reporting. Commissioners Bunker and Fountain were appointed as a committee on the garbage disposal matter. There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, Commissioner Sharp moved this meeting recess until December 29, 1955 at 7.30 P.M.
