IMPOSSIBLE CLEAN THIS DITCH BY HAND LABOR, AND I N ORDER AVOID SUIT THREATENED BY STEWART HEIRS WE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY SECURE SERVICES OF DRAGLINE NOW IN LASVEGAS YARD AND OPEN THIS DITCH FROM MAIN STREET BRIDGE TO WEIR AT DAM.
