Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe, valve® and fitting® shall be manu­factured by the Pacific State® Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company, All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with AWWA apeoiflcations, shall be subject to acceptance and. approval of the State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there bp lea® than Jo* of cover over said water mains.
