Reinhardt - Los Angeles Referring to Mr. Stoddard's 8-312 of February 26, 1953 authorizing construction of water mains to serve Alta Vista Tract Mo. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada: Herewith executed by Mr. Petersen, duplicate originals of refund agreement "NML.D. 2651, dated March 3» 19 5§ covering installation of water mains, together with duplicate originals of letter agreement ,,N,'L.D. 2652 with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering construction of said mains.
