Brown for room rent. Superintendent Smith advises that Mr. Brown has not been reinstated and it appears improbable that he will be in the near future. Further, neither Mr. Smith’s office or this office has been able to ascertain Mr. Brown’s present address. In the circumstances, I recommend the amount be written off as uncollectible. W. H.
