Las Vegas - June 22, 1948 R 2-128 Mr. Frank Strongs In connection with the lease recently Biade to Dave Mol singer In the Bonanza Road dlstrlot; He now wishes to construct a loading ramp between his fence and the spur track, as you will note from copy of his letter June 21st, attached. He plane to construct It parallel to the spur track commencing at the west line of his lease with a 25* Incline and 40 feet of platform adjoining, and the required distance from center line of spur track. Will you please advise if there are any objections and 1 will have our Engineers check the required clearance. A. M. Folger
