a RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing quitclaim deed, L.S. Deed Audit No. 4814, dated June 10, 1946, conveying to Union Pacific Railroad Company all right, title and interest in and to certain land at Bast Los Angeles, Calif., as follows: (a) Lots 1 and A in Tract No. 7207; (b) Lots 38, 39 and 40, Rancho Laguna; (c) Lots G and 49 to 53, both inclusive, Tract 8337, in connection with inclusion of additional lands in agreement with Richfield Oil Corporation, covering oil and gas operations in the East Los Angeles area; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing Assignment, C.L.D. No. 7221, dated June 10, 1946, conveying to Union Pacific Railroad Company all right, title and interest in and to the following agreements: Contract With' Date Audit No. Covering Harvey Machine Co., Ltd. 7-21-44 10280 Option to purchase a parcel of land, being a portion of Lot 1, Tract No.7207 East Los Angeles, Calif.
