McNamee) fif Referring to our conversation yesterday relative to the inclusion of certain language In transfers of property in Las Vegas because of the provisions of our contract with the Water District for the sale of the water system: I sent you a copy of my letter of June 12th to Mr. Hamilton. 1 am attaching a copy of Mr. Hamilton's letter to Mr. Butterfield. This subject was discussed at a meeting yesterday afternoon, and Mr. Leo McNamee is going to write me the attitude of the District with respect to suggestions made in my letter of June 12th.
