As, in general, the new facilities will have to he constructed prior to removal of existing facilities, there will he considerable materials recovered. Pursuant to the sale contract ownership of the facilities to he removed will he vested in the District, in view of which and to avoid later controversy as to value or right of Railroad to dispose of salvage contract should provide that materials not reused in work shall be turned over to District.
