H a c k and Veatdh, and Montgomery, fo be ready March 1. 2. Bedraft of prospectus, including statement on water rights. So be ready by March 1, and printed and ready for distribution during the first ve«tk in March, fo be done by McClain and Beebe, except water rights statement to be secured from Lee MeBaaee. 3. Invitation for f*7^ ? * * 1 proposale. Braft to bo ready about March Ij to be printed and ready for issuance first week in March. So bo done by Beebe. 4. Congressional acts providing for rights of way, lands, etc., rights to ths District and to the B.M.I. Draft by Frank Hamilton to be ready about March 1; to be introduced in the Congress by about March 1 5 . 5. Intension ef tine on Lae Vegas Land and Water Company contract. Steps on this to go forward immediately. So bs taken by Frank Hamilton and by S. B, Bennett of U.P. Railroad. Every effort to bo made to secure the actual extension prior to ths taking ef bids. 6. Technical changes in contract with ths State of Nevada. This has been sent to Allan Bible. Allan Bible Is to follow through* Frank Hamilton is to keep checking on this for determination. 7. Queuing urooog*ia on bonds. Between March 22 and March 3 1. Pate to be fixed when engineers' report and prospectus are ready. This is Beebe's responsibility. 8. Flans for takeover of tester system. These include; (a) Escrow instructions. These are to be prepared by Hamilton and Bennett, and should plan for a takeover some time between April 15 and May 1. Asof the close of business A p r i l 30 may be the most practical date. (b) girina of water superintendent. This should be done as quickly as possible. Responsibility for pushing this is in the hands of Tom Campbell. (a) Accountants to set up Water District books. These to be selected by the District. Responsibility for pushing this and getting It done in the hands of Tom Campbell.
