Lear Sir; After studying the price list of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company*s lots, Las Vegas, Levada* and hearing your statement of the conditions, present and prospective, I agree with you substantial reduction should he made. Of course, I have no means of knowing whether the proposed prices are proper hut I am willing to accept your judgment.
