C O P Y CITY OF LAS VEGAS NEVADA February 3> 195** Las Vegas Land and Water Company 4-01 South 2nd Street Las Vegas, Nevada Att*n: Mr, Maag Dear Sir: The City of Las Vegas is, at this time, expanding their sewer facilities, and you no doubt, are aware of the acute problem faced by the city witja regard to the sewer system. In view of this record growth it is imperative that the sewer system be expanded greatly within a comparatively short time* We are therefore requesting an Easement over the following described parcels of land for sewer purposes. Parcel 1 - The Easterly ten (10) feet of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter and the Westerly ten (10) feet of the Southeast one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 30, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B* & M* The Westerly ten (10) feet of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter and the Westerly ten (10) feet of the Southeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter and the Easterly Ten (10) feet of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter and the Southerly twenty (20) feet of the Northeast one- . quarter of Section Jl, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M,D.B,&M. Parcel 3 - The Southerly twenty (20) feet of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 32, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B. & M. We also request an Easement over the following described Parcels of land for road purposes, as the sewer will also be within these boundaries. Parcel ** - The Southerly thirty (30) feet of the Southeast one-fourth of the Northwest one-fourth of Section 32, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B* & M.
